Solid Wood With A Smooth Contemporary Finish
The Sandyford Square Coffee Table differs from much of our other dining room furniture with a sleeker, more modern finish.
It’s part of the Sandyford collection of furniture. Each piece is hand-sanded to a smooth finish, creating a sleeker, contemporary finish to the solid wood, while still leaving plenty of natural wood features.
Please note: Placing your item near a heat source can cause movement within the timber which may exaggerate these natural features.
Five Fine Wax Finishes
Our Sandyford Square Coffee Table is finished with a supreme wax polish. It’s professionally applied, by hand. We choose to work with wax as it enhances the look of the grains and features in the wood, bringing it to life.

When viewing on screen, colours can look different from one screen to another. This makes it less reliable than seeing the real finished timber before your own eyes. Because you want the perfect colour for your home these finishes are available to purchase as small samples. You can order your samples here.

Assembly And Care
Quick & Easy Assembly
Your Sandyford Square Coffee Table will be delivered to you in three parts – the tabletop, and the two legs. It will also come with simple to follow instructions to ensure the assembly is quick and easy.
We’d recommend assembling the coffee table within the room it is intended to be used in (it’s easier than getting it through doors fully assembled!)
Simply place the tabletop on the floor, upside down. Screw the legs into position using the screws provided. Then turn the coffee table up the right way and place wherever you wish to use it in your home.
Due to the weight of solid wood furniture we would recommend two people are present for assembly.
Care & Clean
Daily care of your Funky Chunky Furniture piece is really simple. Watch our 30second video to find out more.
Your furniture will come with felt protectors, please use these on the bottom of your new furniture to protect your flooring. You will need to make sure that any hard flooring (which includes wood, laminate and vinyl flooring) is completely dry and free from chemical residues before putting your new furniture into place.
As this is a natural wood product with a wax finish any applied force, and friction, can cause the wax to transfer onto surfaces.
If wax transfer does occur we may be able to recommend products to help remove or reduce the appearance of the transfer.
However, we cannot be held responsible for any such incidents, or the use of any products we may suggest. Get in touch with our customer services team for advice.
Future Maintenance With Wax Care Packs
We have wax care packs available to keep your furniture and shelves looking their best. They are great to use every few months to make your piece look brand new all the time. They’re also brilliant for fixing any damage. Order your wax care pack here.
Please ensure you select the same colour as the wax finish you are ordering your furniture in!
Delivery And Returns
Turnaround & Delivery
As these solid wood coffee tables are handmade we do require some time for manufacturing.
Please note that our current lead times are 6-8 weeks. They will then be dispatched on a next working day courier service to UK mainland. (More remote UK areas and Northern Ireland could see an extra 1-2 days for delivery).
Orders with multiple items will be dispatched according to the longest lead time. To receive your quicker lead time items without having to wait, just place separate orders.
