In this creative and quirky collection of hairpin furniture you can choose from a choice of wax finish colours as well as the colour of the hairpins themselves. Choose from the classic industrial look of raw steel, or go for more on trend metal finishes such as brass and copper. Or, if you’re feeling bold, choose brighter colours for your piece.

Funky Chunky Furniture’s shelves, mantels, and furniture are crafted from responsibly sourced wood. We work with suppliers who prioritise sustainable forestry, ensuring forests are well-managed to support biodiversity, protect wildlife habitats, and promote long-term regeneration.
Solid Rustic Timber
To make these hairpin side tables we select top quality, unsorted, kiln-dried pine. Each table is cut to size and finished in our signature rustic style. This leaves in lots of natural timber characteristics and features. Mother Nature’s own stamp of approval.
In this style you can expect to find splits, cracks, knots, shakes, waney edges, bows and twists, along with sanding marks in keeping with the rustic style. These are the qualities that set our furniture apart from the rest. And due to the nature of solid wood every piece will be different. Truly unique. One of a kind. Please note that placing your item near to a heat source can cause movement within the timber which may exaggerate these natural features.
Please note that all sizes and weights given are approximate. As we only use natural, solid timber, measurements can change slightly from one piece to another.

To finish our wooden hairpin side tables we use your choice of one of our supreme wax polishes. The finish is professionally applied with the highest attention to detail. And as the wax soaks into the different grains and features, it enhances their look and brings them to life. The available colours are:

When viewing on screen, colours can look different from one screen to another. This makes it less reliable than seeing the real finished timber before your own eyes. Assembly & Care
Quick & Easy Assembly
These wooden side tables come supplied with hairpin legs. They aren’t attached to the table on delivery and will require some assembly. But do not worry! The hairpin side table will be delivered to you with the legs, fixings and instructions to help you put it together.
The assembly is very quick and easy. Place the table top bottom side up. Position the legs in place. Secure the legs to the table with the fixings provided. Flip the table upright onto its legs and position where you like.

Delivery & Returns
Turnaround & Delivery
As these solid wood side tables are handmade we do require some time for manufacturing. Please note that our current lead times are 6-8 weeks. It is important to open your delivery as soon as it is received so that this can be checked over, and so that the wood can breathe.
Orders with multiple items will be dispatched according to the longest lead time. To receive your quicker lead time items without having to wait, just place separate orders.
