The Lavor Dynamic 45B (with battery & charger) Walk-Behind Scrubber-Dryer is the answer to all your hard floor cleaning problems. It is designed for commercial cleaning tasks in warehouses, food production areas, and large, flat flooring areas. It works well on all tiled floors, concrete floors, painted floors, linoleum, and will even clean undulating & grooved floors.

It works by injecting the detergent solution through the fast scrubbing brushes, and at the same time, the rubber squeegee blades allow the dirty solution to be vacuumed away to the recovery tank.

• Ideal for small and medium floors up to 1,600 sqm, especially when congested by people or furnishings like in wellness centers, gyms, car showrooms, retail shops, hospitals, and schools.
• Automatic brush attachment, discharge, and delayed cut-off.
• Adjustable solution release with automatic cut-off.
• Narrow body with both side brush protrusion and 300° squeegee spin.
• Tool-less removable recovery tank with a large visual inspection window and stretchable discharge hose.
• Adjustable driving handle with dead man switches, soft-touch controls, and diagnostics.
• Large non-marking working wheels and sturdy rear roller for easy movement.

  The scrubbing group meets different cleaning path needs with 1, 2, or 3 disc brushes.

• Solenoid valve:
  Together with the reliable mechanical solution faucet, this system reduces chemical consumption and avoids solution waste. The flow is open only when the brush is working, ensuring no accidental leaks when the machine is stopped. The system is protected by an easily maintained filter.

• Integrated battery charger:
  Some models are equipped with an integrated battery charger, while others are predisposed for one. It is possible to charge batteries in different rooms without returning to the same place.

• Integrated battery:
  The standard integrated battery uses maintenance-free technology and doesn’t require restrictions on where it can be charged. Continuous research ensures the use of up-to-date batteries, and combined with the appropriate battery charger, they provide top performance.

• Charge meter and battery protection:
  It informs the user when the battery’s autonomy is low, allowing the completion of the cleaning task (stopping the brushes first, followed by the rest). It prevents battery damage by stopping complete discharge, regardless of the battery technology used.

• Eco Energy System:
  No-stop and separate control of water quantity and chemical product concentration with automatic and delayed stop of the supply when the machine stops (Automatic Detergent Measuring System).

Application pads:

• BEIGE PAD – POLISHING:
  Polyester. To polish all kinds of floors. Use dry.

• GREEN PAD – INTERMEDIATE CLEANING ACTION:
  Nylon. To remove all old superficial wax, preparing floors to be recoated. Use wet.

• BLACK PAD – WET STRIPPING:
  Nylon. For wet stripping of heavy layers of wax. Ideal for removing old floor finish, scuff marks, and cement stains.
